3. Artificial Intelligence Tools

We use artificial intelligence ("AI") tools, such as Claude and ChatGPT, along with AI-assisted transcription and note-taking tools, to help us research, draft, edit and prepare deliverables for our clients. When we use AI tools with client information:

  • We use them to perform services for you, and a person on our team reviews all deliverables before they are shared.

  • We use third-party AI tools and settings that do not permit the provider to use client content to train the provider's AI models.

  • Under our client agreements, we may use client information in de-identified form to improve our own methodologies and proprietary AI models. Before doing so, we remove information that identifies the client, its personnel, and its patients or clients. If we do, information you share with those features will be used to respond to you and to improve our Services, as described in this Privacy Policy. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, and they do not change the terms of any agreement with us. Please do not share sensitive personal information, including health information, with any AI feature on the Site.

4. Session Recordings

With your consent, as described in your service agreement, we may record client sessions and convert the recordings into transcripts to prepare your deliverables. We delete audio and video recordings within twelve (12) months after the session in which they were made, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We treat recordings and transcripts as confidential.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies on the Site. These include:

  • Essential cookies that make the Site work, such as those used by our website platform and booking tools

  • Analytics tools, such as Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics, that help us understand how visitors use the Site

Advertising tools allow these platforms to collect information about your activity on the Site and use it, along with information they have about you, to show you ads on their platforms and elsewhere. Some state privacy laws may treat this kind of advertising as "targeted advertising," or as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even though no money changes hands.

Your choices:

  • You can use our cookie settings banner, where available, to manage non-essential cookies.

  • You can opt out of targeted advertising by contacting us at the email address below.

  • We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising, where required by law.

  • You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, adjust your ad preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn account settings, or use industry opt-out tools such as those offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance.

  • You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the Site may not work properly as a result.
